Which case is this word in?

The passage in English

O Self-Subsisting One, strengthen us with the light, make us steadfast upon the light, and gather us unto the light. Make Your good pleasure the utmost of our aims, and make the furthest of our purposes that which prepares us to meet You. We have wronged our own souls. You are not niggardly with the effusion [of Your bounty]. The captives of the darknesses stand at the door, awaiting mercy, hoping for good and for the captive's release. Good is Your good pleasure, and evil is Your decree. You, by the most resplendent glory, call for noble acts of generosity, and the children of the human realms are not of a rank to deserve vengeance. Bless the remembrance, lift away evil, grant success to those who do good, and send blessings upon the Chosen One and upon all his family. And now: this is the Treatise of the Temples. May God sanctify the souls that are receptive to guidance and that guide others to it.
