وَرَدَ فِي الْخَبَرِ: (اِذَا زُلْزِلَتْ) تَعْدِلُ رُبُعَ الْقُرْآنِ.

وَالْقُرْآنُ جَامِعٌ لِأَحْكَامِ هَذِهِ الْمَوَاطِنِ كُلـِّهَا، وَلِمَا تَعَلَّقَ بِهَا عَلَى سَبِيلِ التَّفْصِيلِ،
